  • Coverage Duration: The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and extends for a period of 2 years.
  • Scope of Coverage: This warranty covers any cracks or breaks on the welds for all our pipes due to manufacturing defects or material issues encountered during normal and intended use of the product.

Claim Procedure:

  • Claims Process: In the unlikely event that you encounter an issue covered by our warranty, please contact us promptly at info@tmagtuning.com to initiate a warranty claim.
  • Proof of Purchase: To process your claim, provide a proof of purchase or order details.
  • Evaluation and Resolution: Upon receiving your claim, our team will evaluate the reported issue. If deemed covered under the warranty terms, we will promptly replace the product. We need the broken pipe returned to us. Once we see the shipment in progress we will ship the replacement pipe.

Exclusions:

  • Damage Exclusions: Please note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, modifications, accidents, or any other form of negligence.
  • Non-Warranty Items: Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or issues unrelated to manufacturing defects are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty ECU Tuning Coverage

Tuning Lifetime Warranty Coverage

TM Ag Tuning provides a lifetime warranty for our ECU tuning services. Under this warranty, if an ECU is replaced or flashed back to stock, we will retune the ECU at no additional cost to the customer.

Refund Policy

If TM Ag Tuning is unable to tune the machine to the specified requirements, a full refund will be issued to the customer once the ECU is turned to stock or the tuner is returned to us.

Limitations and Disclaimers

  • No Guarantee of Initial Functionality: TM Ag Tuning does not guarantee that the ECU tuning will function correctly on the first attempt.

  • No Guarantee of Performance: We do not guarantee that the tuning will work as expected or meet specific performance outcomes. If we are unable to tune the machine a full refund will be issued.

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer assumes full responsibility for the tuning process and any modifications made to the equipment. This includes removing any parts from the equipment prior to testing.

Recommendations

To ensure optimal performance and avoid issues during testing, TM Ag Tuning strongly recommends the following:

  • Unplug all sensors before testing the equipment.

  • Test the machine thoroughly before hollowing out or modifying any filters.

Terms and Conditions

  • This warranty and refund policy are non-transferable and apply only to the original customer who purchased the tuning service.

  • Any modifications to the ECU or equipment by the customer or a third party may void this warranty and refund eligibility.

  • TM Ag Tuning reserves the right to inspect the ECU and equipment to determine eligibility for warranty service or refunds.

 

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have made the return process hassle-free.

Please contact us at info@tmagtuning.com within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange. Our customer service operates Monday to Friday. We’ll provide you with a return shipping address and process your refund within 3-5 business days upon receiving the returned item.

Return Conditions:

  • All returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging or with attached tags for a valid return.
  • Ensure secure packaging when returning items to prevent damage during transit. Insufficiently packaged returns may not qualify for a refund.
