  • Scope of Coverage: This warranty covers any cracks or breaks on the welds for all our pipes due to manufacturing defects or material issues encountered during normal and intended use of the product.

  • Proof of Purchase: To process your claim, provide a proof of purchase or order details.
  • Evaluation and Resolution: Upon receiving your claim, our team will evaluate the reported issue. If deemed covered under the warranty terms, we will promptly replace the product. We need the broken pipe returned to us. Once we see the shipment in progress we will ship the replacement pipe.

Exclusions:

  • Damage Exclusions: Please note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, modifications, accidents, or any other form of negligence.
  • Non-Warranty Items: Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or issues unrelated to manufacturing defects are not covered under this warranty.

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have made the return process hassle-free.
