Compatibility:

Our emulator is specifically designed for:

  • Volvo Construction machines 2014 and later equipped with one of the following engines:
    • D3.3J, D4J, D6J, D8J, D9J
    • D11J, D13J, D16J
    • D8M, D11M
    • L-series engines (e.g., D13L)
  • Volvo Penta engines with SCR
  • It does work with Mack and Volvo USA trucks manufactured in 2014 and later (Mack MP7, MP8, MP10 engines) but we recommended having us tune the ECU and ACM on these trucks.

Installation:

Simply plug the emulator module into place of the ACM (after treatment module). Store your original ACM safely for future use incase you need to update other controllers. Unplug the NOX sensors, Unplug the DEF level sensor, unplug the DPF sensors.

Warranty and Support:

We offer a two year warranty on our emulator device. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team. To process a warranty claim, we may require you to connect your vehicle to a Nexiq cable for detailed diagnostics and provide photos or videos of the faulty device.

Important Notes:

  • VIN-lock warning: This device cannot be installed twice. Once connected to the truck/machine, it will never work with a different VIN.
  • Do not use this device for demo purposes.
  • Warranty cases are processed manually by our support team. Please follow the instructions provided above to initiate a warranty claim.
  • This chip will not delete your EGR. This will not fix issues with the 7th injector (hydrocarbon injector module) as both these systems are ran through the ECU.
  • If you machine is none DEF construction machine reach out to us at info@tmagtuning.com. We can tune the ECU on the none def construction equipment.
