Will not fit Cab & Chassis trucks. Installing an EGR delete is one of the best upgrades you can do to increase the reliability of your 6.6 Duramax pickup truck. With this EGR delete you will be able to completely remove your EGR valve & EGR cooler.

Principle: Eliminating the EGR system will prevent soot from building up and clogging the EGR valve. Instead of hot exhaust gas being re-routed into the intake, fresh dense clean air can now circulate. Improved exhaust flow allows the turbocharger to spool up faster which results in quicker throttle response. 

This EGR delete is engineered and designed to recirculate engine coolant faster and more efficiently then the stock EGR system. High quality components consist of billet aluminum construction, nickel plated steel flanges, stainless steel dipstick tube bracket, high temp silicone hoses, zinc coated hardware & precision fit o-rings.

Everything needed for a complete install is included. Installation takes approx. 2hrs with basic hand tools. When installing an EGR delete a ECU tune is required to prevent any check engine light or diagnostic trouble codes from setting.
